General/Medical Questions
Consultation Appointment
Artists: Philip Milic and Michael Beckerat are our resident artists. We also host guest artists from across the country and around the world. Each Sweet Spirit Tattoo artist, whether a resident or guest, offers custom work.
Consultation Duration: Appointments last 15-20 minutes to discuss design, size, placement, and pricing. Consultations can also be conducted over email; however, the artist may request an in-person meeting before the final tattoo appointment.
Walk-ins: Accepted if an artist is available, but availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed appointment.
Pricing: Each artist sets their own hourly rate and minimum tattoo charge. Prices vary based on size, complexity, and placement.
General/Medical Questions
Health conditions that compromise the immune system, such as diabetes, HIV/AIDS, and autoimmune disorders, can impact healing.
If you have a heart condition or are taking blood-thinning medications, please consult your doctor before getting a tattoo.
Skin abnormalities such as scars, psoriasis, eczema, or sunburn may affect the final appearance of the tattoo.
We do not tattoo pregnant or lactating women for the safety of both mother and baby.
All needles used in our tattoos are sterile and single-use, disposed of after use. All equipment and furnishings used during a tattoo are sanitized after each client.
Children are not allowed in the shop during business hours when clients are present.
